whether it’s a jeepney, a tricy, a car or even the most luxurious ride, nothing matters if you’re having a nice trip. being on a road trip is so much fun! even when you don’t know where your destination will be so long as you are with good people who share the same sentiments. night trips are also great—especially when viewing the city lights outside or the blank darkness—while listening to great music.

i love art since i was a child. i see colors as a fascination to the eyes. i love to make origamis, pop-ups, paper arts and paper crafts even when i’m in grade one. i appreciate paintings and music. i make poems and i love blogging.

Hey, as i was surfing the busy world of the internet, i stumbled upon this blog called 1000 Awesome Things. It is a blog about simple things in life that is seen in a bright perspective.

Reading that blog gave me a spark of inspiration of having my own awesome things, too. Well, in fact, there are lots of awesomeness around us—everyday! We just don’t see or even appreciate it. So, here i am, starting out a new blog to count life’s blessings from simple to complex ones. I can post here my sentiments, amazements, heart-warming moments, blessings and plenty of awesome things. I’m not aiming here for 1000 awesome things. As long as there is an awesome thing that came upon me, i’ll be posting it here.

Creating a new blog really is a challenge. First of all, we need to have an idea what will it be about. Then, the rest will follow. Of course, inspiration is highly needed. But when times that awesomeness just isn’t around us, remind yourself to look on a different or a brighter perspective and keep in mind that sometimes, the things we thought to be just nothing, is actually a thing that is amazing. As a quotation: “Small things became great things when appreciated and acknowledged well.”
